Thank you for your interest in HTML Indexer! Please read this agreement and save it for future reference.

License Agreement

This document contains the complete terms of your agreement with Brown Inc. as to the use of HTML Indexer.

Demonstration Version

The demonstration version of HTML Indexer allows you to create indexes, which you may use without restriction.

The demonstration version does not allow you to save your enhanced index entries or information about your index projects. It does not modify your HTML source files in any way.

Registered Version

A registered version of HTML Indexer may be used on several computers by only one person, or on a single computer by multiple people provided that they do not use that registered version simultaneously.

If the registered version of HTML Indexer is accessible over a network, you must obtain a separate registration number for each computer that uses the network-accessible version, even if the separate computers do not use the network-accessible version simultaneously.

Upon obtaining a registration number, you are licensed to use HTML Indexer, but you do not own the software. You are not authorized to sell the software or your registration number. Attempting to do so constitutes a violation of this agreement.

Distribution

YOU MAY use without restriction any indexes you create with HTML Indexer (either the demonstration version or the registered version). In conjunction with those indexes, you may also use without restriction the GIF files that accompany HTML Indexer.

YOU MAY publish the HTML Indexer web address (http://www.html-indexer.com/), from which the latest version of HTML Indexer and the accompanying files are available.

YOU MAY NOT distribute HTML Indexer, the tutorial, or the help files in any form without permission from Brown Inc. Doing so constitutes a violation of this agreement.

YOU MAY NOT publicize or distribute an HTML Indexer registration number under any circumstances. Doing so constitutes a violation of this agreement.

Warranty

YOUR REGISTRATION FOR HTML INDEXER AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR APPLICABILITY TO A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SOFTWARE OR THE INDEXES YOU CREATE.

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE, NOT INCLUDING ANY SHIPPING OR HANDLING FEES.
